+ Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We can ship to the US from our North Carolina location and the rest of the world from our London location. Please note that import tax is not paid at the point of sale and you are liable to pay any relevant taxes in your country.
+ Where is my order?
Domestic orders will usually be delivered within 7 to 10 days from dispatch. International orders will usually be delivered within 1 to 5 weeks from dispatch.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking number. US orders can be tracked via DHL and non-US orders can be tracked via Evri or Royal Mail.

+ Can I cancel / refund my order?
Orders can be canceled and then refunded before we ship them, unless the description of the item you ordered specifically states that all sales are final.
All refunds/order cancellations that are due to duplicate orders or other scenarios that are not an error on our end will be refunded with the deduction of the fees charged by PayPal. This is because these fees are not refunded to us by PayPal following the cancellation of your order.
This is not applicable to refunds that are made due to damaged or lost items, or other scenarios where a refund is made as a result of our or our courier's error.

Once orders have been shipped, they can no longer be canceled. Instead, they can be returned and then refunded. For more details, please visit our Return Policy page.
+ Can I change my shipping details?
Shipping details, such as recipient or address can be changed before we ship your order. Please visit our Contact page.
If your order has been shipped, and you haven't notified us of the required change(s), you will be charged the cost of the additional shipping, provided the original package is returned to us by the postal service. If the original package is not returned to us, we unfortuantely cannot offer reship or refund services.
+ Can I return my order?

+ My order was damaged / lost
Should your item get lost or damaged in transit, or otherwise be faulty, please Contact Us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
+ How can I choose the right size for me?

+ What are the shipping costs?
Shipping is automatically calculated by weight and included at check-out. Additional charges may be applied for shipping on international orders.
+ What payment methods are accepted?
The only payment method we currently accept is PayPal.
+ Which currencies can I shop in?
Orders can be paid using USD only.
+ Are exchanges allowed?
We do not allow exchanges.
