RETURNS

We allow returns under the following conditions (unless the specific item you ordered states all sales are final):

▪ the item has to be returned within 7 days from the receipt of your order;
▪ the item has to be unopened;
▪ shipping costs will not be refunded, and the buyer pays return shipping costs + fees;
▪ we do not offer returns on items that are on sale or discounted.

Any order that does not meet these requirements can't be returned, nor can the customer be refunded.

Once the returned item is received by us, please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be refunded.
